STARFIELD, a leading plant-based food innovator from China, is making a strong impression at the 2025 International Food & Drink Event (IFE 2025) in London from March 17 to 19. As one of the UK’s largest and most influential food trade shows, IFE 2025 features over 1,500 exhibitors and welcomes more than 30,000 industry professionals, providing a key platform for emerging food trends.

STARFIELD Poki Salad Bar: A Global Standout

Following its recognition as a finalist in the 2024 World Plant-Based Innovation Awards, STARFIELD Poki Salad Bar has once again earned global acclaim, being Commended in the prestigious World Food Innovation Awards.


Since launching in Sam’s Club China in October 2023, Poki Salad Bar has been praised for its high protein content, zero trans fats, shelf-stable convenience, and ready-to-eat format. Developed over nine months, it offers a unique blend of protein and vegetables, balancing nutrition with great taste. Consumers frequently describe it as “healthy & delicious”, often tagging it as “diet-friendly” and “nutrient-packed” on social media, especially on RedNote.

Expanding the Plant-Based Portfolio

At IFE 2025, STARFIELD is unveiling a diverse lineup of plant-based snacks, including a new crisp range recently launched in 1,000+ stores nationwide through a partnership with a leading yogurt brand. Other innovations debuting at the event include Funky Bakery, Plant-Based Cheese, and Plant-Based Bacon Chips.

STARFIELD is further highlighting its advancements in meat alternatives, featuring Whole-Cut Vegan Pastrami, Plant-Based Bacon, Plant-Based Ham Slices, and Plant-Based Sliced Pastrami. As early as 2021, STARFIELD launched its whole-cut STARFIELD Master Vegan Pastrami, and has stood out for its authentic texture, rich flavor and juicy bite. Compared to traditional deli meats, STARFIELD Master Vegan Pastrami is high in protein and fiber, low in fat, and free from nitrites, preservatives, cholesterol, and trans fats, making it a healthier alternative for a variety of cuisines.


Its retail version, STARFIELD Vegan Pastrami Slices, is carbon footprint-certified, cutting emissions by 84% compared to conventional meat. Every ton consumed equates to the carbon sequestration of 960 trees per year.

Where Healthy Meets Delicious

Since its founding, STARFIELD has been committed to “Healthy Meets Delicious”, continuously innovating to balance taste, nutrition, and sustainability. Today, its portfolio spans beef, chicken, pork, seafood alternatives, plant-based snacks, and toppings. The brand has also partnered with Dicos and Luckin Coffee to introduce plant-based menu items and expanded its retail footprint through Sam’s Club and FamilyMart.

In 2021, STARFIELD established its Xiaogan Production Base, now manufacturing products across eight key categories. The facility is BRCGS A-grade certified for food safety and FDA-registered, reinforcing STARFIELD’s commitment to quality.
